Reinforce
Read at your own discretion.
Reinforce is a late game system unlocked at sector 80.
Reinforcing allows players to reset nearly everything in order to gain massive permanent bonuses, and later on gain Fleet Resources. Currently, players can reinforce at sectors 80, 90, and 100 respectively, which will also grant the following consumables:
- 5 extra retrofits
- 3 base prestiges
- 3 crew sleeve resets
- 2 6 hour timeskips
- 1 crew mastery respec.
List of things that do not reset on Reinforce:
- Players keep all previous Reinforce bonuses.
- Achievements, skins and anything under the AI tab do not reset.
- Sector Data shows sectors cleared in previous reinforces even if they're not cleared in the current reinforce.
- Information displayed about previously collected Shards in the Shard Library does not reset.
- The Reactors Engine Boost stays at level 30, even before unlocking Base 1.
- Players keep the Compute Improvements upgrade from Base 2, even before unlocking base 2.
- Shards automatically count as maxed as soon as the same one of a higher tier is obtained.
- The Task List does not need to be redone. Reaching sector 75 will automatically unlock the Battle Cruiser, and using it will automatically cap Compute at 1e22x damage/shield boost.
- V-Device slots unlocked by Key Shards, as well as any shard inside them, do not reset.
- Any progress made in Galaxies carries over.
- Unstable Transit upgrades do not reset.
- Finalized Bases stay finalized. Base 6 progress is kept.
- Alien Synth levels and xp carry over.
- Warp Tethering Residuum upgrades above the blue line do not reset.
- Crew Splicing Humanity and Corruption upgrades are kept.

After the 3rd reinforce, players can reinforce at will any time in order to activate any pending Reinforce Milestones. These are based on the highest reached sector, i.e. a highest sector of 120 will unlock all locked upgrades up to and including 120.
